Raise the multiplier to 18.5 for a 3.7ghz OC. Then increase the voltage continually by like 0.02 until it becomes stable. That should give you a base to carry on further after that - but on the Phenoms, you wont get much higher tbh.

You need to be testing with Prime95, using hw monitor for temps. When the PC stops bluescreening instantly on prime, you need to leave it on for around 12 hours to ensure stability. Dont let temps go over 62 degrees

I used to have the same chip. I got mine up to 4.2 - perfectly stable in thing's I used it for, but failed prime after a few hours.

Highest completely stable was like 4.0 dead - but I had a good chip.

You should get higher than 3.7ghz - but I doubt more than 4.0ghz really.

When I had my 965BE using the H50 cooler I was able to get to 4.1ghz but it failed Prime tests due to thermal issues, the best I could manage was 3.91ghz with good stability and temps pushing into the 60s while ambient temps were around 28c so your overclock is impressive.

I was tryin for higher but it was not haveing it lastin in prime95 at 4.2GHz for about 30mins and failing so i stuck with 4.01Ghz good enough for me :) Now just to do my 570 :D
