Basicly built my new rig today, tested that it will post before placeing it in my case (all ok).
But now when fitted in my case, when I jump the power nothing the mobo is receiving power indecated my the green light as is my GPU but nothing. Please help as i'm craping it right now.

Parts are:
Mobo: Asus X79 sabertooth
Pro: i7 8320
Ram: corsair green 1600mhz 16gb
Cooler: H100i

Try rechecking all the connectors and see if everything is plugged in correctly.
Also if you have a debug LED on your mainboard read the number it gives you and refer to your mobo manual.

another thing to check make sure you put motherboard standoffs in the case and the 12v and 24v are connected correctly.. look to see if anything is touching if you can post a picture of the inside of the case near the top to the right and bottom of the motherboard it could be something as simple as a loose connection.

Tried all connection all seem ok disconnected anything not needed to post, and still nothing. So the standby light on the mobo is on so i'm assuming the mobo aint the problem.
No debug led on my board so nothing there, may my mobo be grounding to the case?? Could that be the problem..

You can also check the ram sticks individually to see if one is not working. But since you tested everything outside the case it shouldnt be the ram. Maybe your mobo isnt grounded correctly (stand-offs). Or did you noticed giving it a static discharge while assembly ?

yes did you put the standoffs on the case before insurting the motherboard?

try taking the motherboard out of the case and rebooting that way.

it could even be a wire touching the case what shouldnt be ive seen some where the spare pci:e lead hit part of the metal of the case and caused a short..

but main one is they forget to put the Standoffs in before installing the motherboard... and or dont put the 12v 4 or 8pin connector into the top of the motherboard correctly why im requesting pictures...

I've just removed the mobo and tested again and still the same problem, if it was static during the fixing into my case what could have died?? I'm stuggling to think what it may be.

From what I know that Corsair RAM is 1.35 Volts where regular RAM is 1.5 Volt. Should not really be a problem and it may be a long shot but do you have some other RAM lying around that you could test?

what psu are you using it could be a cmos problem try clearing cmos remove all but 1 stick of ram its hard to diagnose without pictures or further info...

I tried the bios flashback button no joy, once its settles down i'll remove the mobo batt and try that way. I cant do any pictures atm because i'm using my mobile phone. Should I try a bios update and see how it goes but dont know it that'll help.

Update:
Tried the bios flashback function on the mobo and the mobo battery no joy, I cant upload any picks at the mo because i'm using my mobile phone. Could the processor be fried or the mobo shot (but does sit on standby).

Disconnect everything and walk away for an hour, come back and go thru it again. I know it may sound silly but if you step away and come back with a clear head you might have better luck. I had a similar problem back in September, pc would not boot after installation. I took everything down, went out for a while and when I came back and reconnected everything it just worked like normal.

ok i had a long think about this its possible the psu could of had a hissy fit and had a short leaving it off for an hour may help but i would try a different psu on the board just to trouble shoot.

another thing could be faulty ram stick i would try 1 ram stick on each slot dont connect a hdd and see if you can get to the bios splash screen.

if none of this works its possible the board is DOA.

also prole where abouts are you from?? you could be local to some of the people on here one maybe able to help :-/

also when you try to boot does the motherboard give out any BEEPS??

Tried all the above guys I thank you all for the help. I used my psu in a friends build as well as ram and gpu an they are all good, so updated the bios though the usb flashback (which updated) but still no luck so decided to send the mobo and cpu back to scan for testing and replace as I got the insurence on it.
I live in wiltshire 6 miles out of Bath if you were wondering :).
