Hello everyone!

I wanted to see if I can get some help with some problems with my computer. I got a EVGA 730a motherboard a while ago( cant remember) and I had a PNY 9800 gt xlr8 vid card in it. I thought the card stop working because it kept crashing when I play any games. It would just freeze and the screen with have any colors. I bought a new video card couple days ago, the Asus ENGTX 645, came in today and the same problem still happens. Super big let down. Can anyone tell me whats wrong and how i can fix this? If you need more info on my computer I can post it up tommorow. Thanks a lot!

Did you try a proper driver remove and sweep matey? It may just be driver based.

I think I unstalled the drivers correctly, i will check when i get home. I have the OCz Fatal1ty 550w power supply. And HI Tinytomlogan great videos haha

Heya. I think when Tom says remove the drivers he means really really remove the drivers.

There are programs you need to run in safe mode that will literally rip everything out and stop Windows from saving a driver to load when you reboot.

Have you ran a memory diag test? If you google test memory in Windows (your version of) you will find out to start the proceedure. Basically it reboots your PC into a DOS looking shell and runs a long memory test to see if your memory is broken. I did this recently when I was having instability issues, turned out it was my CPU using too much wattage for the motherboard to handle.
