Spec is:

Celeron e1200 (1.6ghz)

Asus P5KC

Geil 2x1GB 800mhz, "ultra low latency"

8800GTS 320MB

All running really nice, but I've noticed some games get a bit choppy so would like to start gaining some MHz.

I've tried some small changes in the bios, and had to clear it to get it going again.

Could someone please tell me where to start with this setup, I thought I would be able to simply up the FSB and get somewhere around 2.6GHz with ease..?

thanks for the reply

why do they insist on using an annoying jumper to reset the bios... I'm thinking of running an extension to the front of the case to make it easier, and put a switch in.

Yeah, some boards have jumpers in weird places. Annoying isn't it! :(

I have a reset on the back plate thankfully but my old board didn't.

Have a play with the voltage, don't go too high you might kill the chip. But you should be able to get a good overclock.

Good luck! Oh, remember more voltage is more heat. Make sure you keep an eye on the temperatures. ;)
