HELP: i7-950; ASUS Sabertooth x58; NH-D14

I know there is information on the forums and elsewhere but I have found it hard to sift through seeing as there are so many different suggestions. I have CPU-Z, HWMonitor, Prime95, and Intel Tuning Utility installed already and I'm running stable at 3.2GHz. I had it at 3.4GHz but it went weird so I backed it off.

My Current over clock can be found in the attachment and my build can be found in signature.

Any help would be appreciated.

ty already read it. thought it was useful i probably wouldn't have posted this if it hadn't blue screened 7 times. I think I undervolted the memory. just wondering should I use a higher multiplier and slightly lower base clock for 3.8 or 3.6 gigahertz

also Tom says use intel extreem tuning utility

You want a higher base clock and a lower multiplier, more head room with the base clock as your chip isn't unlocked

OFF TOPIC:

BTW: How do you change the text under your name?

The privelege comes with time and input to the forums

Alter the overclock, either down the bclk or multiplier, or raise the voltage if it's still within safe levels.
