Have you used a probe to see what the volts and amps are at the source where you have the pump connected to power and compared to what specs are on owners info?

nope sadly i dont own a amp meter tho i have tryed the pump on other power points from my suply its getting power but either not enough to make it spin (tho the fans in my pc all spin fine) somethings blocked it (also think very unlikely) or the moters burn out

To test the not getting enough power option you could stick it on a different power suply to see if it works then, and to check the "it might be blocked" you could just open it up, and check?
