HEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!

About a week ago I traded my SB Live! 5.1 for my dad's friends Audigy 5.1, because it was causing his system to freeze in games. Well, it started to cause my system to slow down/freeze in games, also! So I took it out, and started using nVidia nForce Audio. Well now that I'm using XP Professional x64 Edition as my Primary (and only) OS, I tried out the new x64 drivers for it, just in case it was them. Still, no go. Then I decided to see if the classic video card/sound card IRQ share conflict was preasent. And yep, sure enough, it was. Both the Video card, AND the sound card, are on IRQ 16. How can i change the IRQ of my Sound card? Does anyone know? Thanks! Reps Given!!

if not in BIOS then should be able to configure through device manager. open device manager, right click your sound card and go to properties. on the last tab you can select your IRQ number and go to change settings if there is a conflict.

there isnt a conflict tho, but, i think there is, because it only happens with the audigy. rrrrr, and i dont like them using the same irq anyway and i have no clue how to in teh bios

alright, moved to bottom slot, irq 18 for sb, 16 for vid. STILL slow performance in games/few second lockups. UGGGGHHHHHH WTF is uP!!?!!?!?!? Anyone know a fix? help? Reps Given!
