I can get this from £71.99 and was looking at 850 it was £107.99.
I was thinking of the 850w but I think I might go with one you suggested.

If i have 2 hard drives and 1 ssd with this power it as i might keep my other 1tb hard drive that i have lying around here some where im sure its gathering dust would thanks for all of help i have a full list know and ill order this tomorrow as im busy just know thank you all for your help.

The system will consume 379w for the Xeon CPU, R9 280x GPU, motherboard, 2 sticks of RAM, 3 HDD's, 1 SSD and 5 fans.
Each USB device will contribute about 3w max so the RM550 will be a solid PSU for you with more than enough power.

I have cm stryker case and it has fan controller built in to it that i will be using i dont know how many wats that will take i have 5 fans including the cpu and have 2 hard drive and 1 ssd and will one wireless keyword and wireless mouses so that will be two usb plugged in to the front header of the case. If i need to use my old scanner i will plug it in otherwise i don't use it very much. I am also buy one usb card reader and one blue ray external burner and I think it uses two usb slot at the back of the case on the motherbord. Does the asrock motherboard have onbord usb for my front usb 2.0 and 3.0 header for the front of the case?
I hope i have given you information for all my devices i think ill be fine with 550w power supply

I got my cpu coller only to find the clip was damaged not good at all SO IM GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
Know I did some looking and found these

The Raijintek although I'd just get a replacement for what you ordered.

They will all do the job at stock speed. Maybe youtube some vids of sound/looks, but also installation and ease of. The rajintek (i always spell that wrong) to my knowledge has quite a nice installation. I thought they, thermalright and alperfohn (spelling) had quite a nice installation process.

Get the Raijintek, it'll be quieter and a better performer.

I have found this fan Gelid Solutions Tranquillo Rev.2 Quiet CPU Cooler with PWM Fan
i have read and herd that this is a silent fan so im going to buy this its 21 pounds.

Can I ask i need to contact Cooler Master the number on their website was +31(0) 40 702 0900 but when I phoned it it said the phone number was not recognize. I have never phoned out side of Glasgow so I am bit confused lol I might just be dumb lol but can some help as its regarding my order its know 6 day's 5 emails and still no replay back. I paid them for for my replacement for 1 Trooper & Stryker 5,25" mesh which i ordered 6 day's ago . I emailed them in total 5 times i feel like they are ignoring me i then put in support ticket but it was not answered so i need to phone them about this so that i can get them to send me one asap. Can some help me and I feel life pulling my hair out? Can some tell me what am I doing wrong I am phoning this number 0407020900 can some help me?
