Heatsink and cooling help needed

I have a 1075t and would like to overclock it a little bit. Nothing extreme, probably around 3.6-3.9ghz and I need a new heatsink. Right now I have the stock and with everything stock my temps hit around 45-50 under load. What is a good heatsink between $40-80, preferably lower but if the higher priced is that much better I might consider it? I also have a Coolermaster Scout case and am wondering that if I put another 120mm fan in the space under my CD drive would that would help my cooling at all?

get a NH-D14 and put a noctua 120mm fan on the bottom window slot (with an akasa 120mm fan filter).

you will not get any improvement from putting a fan in the drive bays, but in the window it will cool the 460SOC (which is the only thing to worry about in that case

i have a scout

I guess if I do end up getting the D14 I could just move my other 120mm fan some where else in the case. Also would the D14 fit with my RAM? Here's what I have, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231278&cm_re=ripjaw-_-20-231-278-_-Product

Since the D14 and the Thermalright Silver Arrow are the two best air coolers and there prices are around $90 wouldn't I be better off just getting this? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010

I very highly doubt many people will recommend any corsair H cooler here, if you do decide to get one at least get the h70.

Don't mean to sound like a fanboy but I would recommend the D14 over anything else mentioned in this thread, it really is the 'dogs danglies'
