i am from the uk, but these ship to the uk, although it will cost me allot, but they seem to stock all the decent stuff, for example the lian li accessories and the case + window i am after, and wil even stick a 12mm blow hole at the top for me for an extra $19

the lian li v1000 + II + side window, which no-one seems to stock in this country

i am debating ordering from them to the uk

has anyone used them before

I`ve used them, but not as a direct delivery to the UK, only within the US.

In my own experience they treat my order(s) very well.

I made up an order that contained some LL mobo trays (like £12!! ) and they were oos. The guy that emailed me hunted down a supplier in Miami and got them to send them direct. I was fairly impressed with that, particularly for such a small cost bunch of items. (ok collectively I think I spent $450, but either way)

Zero hesitation in using them again. Can`t comment on the US->UK deliveries tho, price of it didn`t seem overly demanding tho. But I`d hope u don`t pay tax on the items when they come >.<

as for taxes, i forgot about those, i guess it would be a considerable weight and cost, so i wld hate to get stung for tax on arrival

i think delivery for the case would cost me £66

my order for the case etc comes to £184 incl vat and delivery

I had terrible service from them. They flat out lied about a product they sold me.

I ordered a ENERMAX fan controller and when it arrived it was a SUNBEAM.(the online pict was a Enermax) When I complained to them the president sent me a email saying Enermax had a 10 times higher Return rate than Sunbeam so just be happy with the Sunbeam one.

When I posted on Reseller Ratings they tried to say it was my fault, he actually said it was because I didnt clear the cookies on my comp:crazy:

I have nothing against a mistake but they flat out lied.

Shipping back from the UK, for whatever reason, will probably cost u more than the item.

probably to much of a gamble getting something expensive from across the sea.

they seem to have everything i need though :(

all i want is a lian li v1000b plus II

no where in the uk has stock of them

I send things all the time to the UK, France and I even sent stuff to Australia.

It has never been that much or taken too much time. We should figure how much it costs to send a case.

well according to performance pc's its the equivalent to £66 to the uk

and i think if a case is 35kg, then that is over the standard courier weight of 30kg, then i imagine it would be quite expensive to ship to usa

it costs me £15 to send something that is 23kg within the uk

Our shipping is much more reasonable than yours. In the next day or so I will find out how much shipping will be , just so we know.

Over here the case is $229US

EDIT: I checked the shipping from here to there

Airmail (around 4 days) is $94US

Slow boat (4 to 6 weeks) is $54US

Plus the case $230

shipping to me $16

$340US shipped to the UK ($300 slow version)

I ordered a lot of stuff from performances-pc and I must say I am very satisfied about their service and support. They even took the time to contact the maker of some products to answer some of the question I had etc... and always got what I ordered.

Very fast international shipping and no problem or delay... and I am in Japan! Of course shipping cost is a bit high!

I can only recommand them so far...

I don`t honestly know how the UK, postal & customs peoples, get away with their service.

If I remember correctly, when I send a parcel outside the UK, it can take anything upto a week to actually leave the country. They give u this receipt with a tracking number on it and it tells u where the item is.

.. and I can`t explain why they tax the arrival of personal packages. Business packages ala importing of items, u can understand to a degree, but personal stuff has me beat. What they`re saying in their subtle way is - "yes another country can produce/sell the item u want for a lower sticker value, lower tax quantity. But because we`re not as competitive, we`re gonna make u pay for it in some way" - "because we can". Tax, high prices, and more tax. It`s a similar reason to why u can`t bring back van loads of wines/spirits/beers/tobacco, I would have been of the opinion, especially with all this EU stuff - let these people bring in their stuff from abroad and get the UK companies to get their acts together concerning their pricing via competition. Yes there`s a huge arguement of the prices being higher coz of the tax levies on stuff, but even in this case, the government should be thinking like a business in these matters - if the tax is way higher than other countries, doesn`t it lean towards it being the slightest bit unfair or unjust. - u`ll make u`r savings by not having to police the whole thing for a start.

oh dear, I`m sorry - I ranted >.<

i am glad you did rant, you make a valid point

UK customs charges 17.5% VAT on all imports, that could prove expensive

I just ordered a radiator from them. It arrived kind of beat up, and without any barbs so I emailed the owner, Hank.

He promptly called my home and apologized. He then checked all the other Coolrad 12T's he had in stock and said they were all fairly beat up.. he said it was a very cheaply made rad. Honestly, he's right. Furthermore, he shipped me the correct barbs overnight via USPS for free.

I've ordered from there before. They have good service and fast shipping, I don't mind 'em.
