how much hard drive space do you have in total?

do you use all of your space?

do you do any work that requires a lot of hard drive space?

i have an 80gb maxtor drive which i have had no problems with. i do howver keep a lot of dvd's on my hdd tmeporaily so i could do with some more space really. i may get another maxtor 80gb soon.

I have a Seagate Barracuda SATA 80GB w/8MB Cache, and a Hitachi DeskStar 80GB w/2mb Cache. 160GB is just enough for me. I could use more though. I had a Western Digital 40GB 7200RPM w/2MB Cache, but I let my sister use that. She HAD a Quantum Fireball LCT15 15GB 5400RPM w/512k Cache. Still works great-but a tad slow.

a hitachi 160gb in my amd32 and a 30gb deathstar in my amd64.

going to get 4x80 or 4x160 and run a raid 0+1 on it.

I have one solid 76gb Maxtor IDE 133mb cache and I have partitioned it so that one part (20gb) has windows and stuff and the other has games etc. I use a bit of the windows partition (bout 8gig). I don't use too much of the other one either!

I reckon I get up to 30gig max. Plus 6gigs or so on an external USB 2.0 drive I have.

I'm getting a 76gig 10kRM SATA drive soon so that will run windows instead of my IDE!

Dual 200GB WDC Caviar 7200RPM SATA disks in RAID 0, one 120GB IBM Deskstar and one 120GB Maxtor Y120MO SATA.... Started with just the deskstar two years ago now have 640GB stretched across two PC's, not including smaller drives of around 10Gb which are kicking around with some of my data. My main PC has (had, it's now broken, bugger) 520GB which is all I can fit in it without a PCI SATA controller...
