Hard choice , finding the right GPU?

Ok I read about everything that I could take on the graphics card, some say is good to Sli, but the performance is not as good, if you have a single card.

I want a good set up on the graphics card to be able to play Crysis in full specs or at least try, but not really have a lot of money to spend like £400 on the 8800 Ultra.

So I'm asking what is a good graphics card that is not so expensive and can handle games like crysis.

Please send me the link where I can buy one.

If I will go sli, I don't mind getting two cards, but I don't want to get two Nvidia 8800 GTX ultra, that is to expensive.

I could either get two less expensive sli cards, or could buy a single good card.

You experts out there with good systems, know what I'm talking about, and I know you play Crysis and maybe is not on the Very high specs , but what is the best set up to play crysis on your PC, thats what I want to know, so I can built a system just like that.

Thanks

Firstly, lets be honest with ourselves... Nothing on the market can handly Crysis.

Not even SLIed anything.

Either wait a little for the next "generation" and see how they play it or just get a single Ultra or maybe a GT?

SLI isn't all that good from what I have read.. basically it needs work. :)

Its going to improve with 790i and G92.

Anyway, did you settle on 2x 9600GTs according to your profile? Id have gone with 8800GT personally, 2 if you wanted.

my Board is the Asus P5N32-E Plus SLI, that is the 650i, I don't think its the 680i.

So in other words for SLI it sucks, if I have to get the 780i

Hatman, why do you recomend TWO NVIDIA 8800GT 512MB?

Would that work better

Than having ONE NVIDIA 8800GTX 768MB?

And what is the best brand to buy, I was looking at the XFX, but are less expensive brands , as good?

I could buy a less expensive brand and overclock it, but if I overclock the GPU, will I need to purchase a Watercooling Kit?

Or is it alright with the fans?

Thanks

what you think buying

TWo of this and running sli

Inno3D Geforce 8800 GTS 512mb G92 core as fast as a GTX

is this a good brand Inno3D?

The P5N32-E SLI Plus will handle any SLI config you throw at it.. it is a very good board. :)

I would say any two 8800GTs are a good option. But will still struggle at running Crysis.
