Hello OC3D Gang,

my Name is Steffen, 24 and i am from Germany.

I´m relativly fresh back into the PC Game after about 7 Years Mac usage. The switch back to windows is caused by the fact that Apple hasn´t the right System for my needs (Architect), the iMac is too slow (or way to expensive in a decent config) and the Pro a bit over the top and at the Moment total nonsense due to no Update in 3 Years. Long Story short, Windows it is, back to the Roots, my last PC years Ago was a C2D, Asus Commando (ROG Roots) in an Antec 100 (the one with the Monster Fan in the Top.

My 2016 Config is going to be:

- Phanteks Evolv ATX TG, "modded" with be quiet Silent Wings and Cablemod RGB LED
- Be quiet Dark Power Pro 11 550W
- Asus Hero Alpha
- Intel i7 6700k
- Corsair Vegeance LPX 3200 32GB
- Samsung 950Pro 256GB M.2
- Asus GTX1070 Strix
- (Be Quiet Silent Loop 280) - When its out and tested good

I actually tought over doing one until i saw the other Logs with those amazing Casemods, that made me think that a normal thrown together build isnt that relevant

I sure will, the overall vibe here is great, the most german forums are way to hectic and full.

Seriously dude, you are welcome to put up any PC build as a log. Great place to let people see what you are doing and to get some tips and tricks from the regulars. As you said, yes there are some phenomenal builds on the site, but some of my favourites along with a lot of members here are the simple clean and tidy builds. Don't feel you have to compete here, that's not what we are about.

Ok, you got me ill do one, i just started the build so nothing lost, the rest is sadly going to need quiet a while until the 1070 Strix is in Stock and the be quiet Silent Loop is out, probably September, which drives me nuts.
