yeah i know tell me about it.

I asked multiple times if it would be possible to RMA just the fan or for them to send me a new fan and the lady on the phone just kept replying with "its against out company policy".

thats bull i know for a fact they can do it coz they sent me a replacement 140mm for one of myne but feel free to email us and let out team try and sort you something out (im sure they will)

Make sure to build a strong case with photos and the lot for RMA so you can confirm they will refund you postage for them to being so silly, and use an express service just to throw it back in their face

most companies send their own couriers if you ask them they just dont tell you

I was reading about ebuyers returns policy on there website and it says that they would want the whole product back in its original packaging and tbh i really cant be F%*£ed to take my rig apart over one fan.

Do you know any good 200mm fans to get, and where to get them from (i cant find any on aria, i know other places have them but i trust aria

)

Ouch, I got 2 230mm fans (Spectres) with my Colossus case, terribly noisy and awful airflow.

So I got the CoolerMaster MegaFlow 200mm Blues, fit easily into 230mm mounts too. Quiet, far better temperatures now, GPU idle has gone from c. 36 deg, to 30 deg C.
