H80i Alternative Thermal Paste

Hi, I'm about to slap my brand new H80i onto my brand new 3770K which is going into my brand new Gigabyte Z77X-UP5TH. I'm going to try the H80i out with the pre-applied TP for a while. Do you think I could get better results using an after market TP? If so, any recommendations?

Yeah you will get better temps with after market tp
I use Noctua NT-H1

Agreed, temps will improve with after-market paste.

If I recall correctly, TTL mentioned in his Geforce Titan vid that he uses Noctua NT-H1 and MX-4.

Personally I've had good results with MX-4 myself. It's non-conductive, so you also don't have to worry if you have spillage besides the die/heatspreader.
