H100i Voltage control?

Hi

Is it possible to run my H100i at lower voltage on my fan controller? The noise of the pump itself is a pain and u just want to reduce it. I don´t know at what voltage the pump starts running.
And what about the fans connected to the pump? I think they will run at lower max rpm aswell?!

well with all the fans at 12V i cant. But all case fans (NF-.. ULNA) at 7V and the NF-F12 at ~400 i can definitely tell its the pump.
