Is it best to connect the fan cables to the CPU unit or the fan headers on the motherboard?

I want to be able to control all the fans together from the fan controller on the front of the 600T case.

I'm guessing its connect to the board right?

As long as you can controll fan speeds in the bios then it doesnt matter which you use..

H100 Pump controller has 3 profiles,, your bios may have more profiles and they could be customized to whatever you like...

well if you want to control the speed via the fancontroller in the front

you might need to connect them to said controller.

When connected to the MB you can control them via your bios (not really comfortable)

or maybe something along the lines of speedfan.

Where should i plug in the control unit fan cable?

I have plugged the 2 cooler fans and 2 case fans into the 600T fan controller cables which leaves me with the fan cable on the power cable of the H100 left to plug in.

Do i plug this onto a motherboard fan header or change one of the other fan cables to the control unit?

am i right in thinking you have 4 fans control by the 600T fan controller and when it comes to the H100 you have that plug in to the molelex (4pins) with a fan header looking thing that slits off from that and is plug in to a fan header near the cpu if so thats right
