GTX 560ti? GTX 570? Maybe even an ATI?

As the topic probably indicates I am in a bit of a predicament.

Gaming system is currently without a GPU and I have being tossing ideas back and forward in my head about what card I should get.

At first I considered the GTX 560ti, heard great reviews and seen great stats but frequently people say go for the GTX 570 if you can afford to shell out a little more. So I started looking at the 570's, once again I saw some great reviews and stats but once again people kept suggestion something else from the ATI range.

At this point in time I am completely and utterly lost. I play lots of WoW, a bit of Counter Strike and will be playing things like Rift and Crysis 2 religiously...

So what specific card should I go for that doesn't break my £350 limit yet offers me enough future proofing to cover these incoming games and run them at their best settings?

can't go wrong with that but if you don't want to spend that much money then just drop down to the 570, any of the 5 series are good cards, you could always buy one 560Ti and then save another £50 and you could go sli with them which would beat a 580

I was in same situation and was about to order a Gainward 570 Phantom, but I'm waiting to see prices and results of the 590.

I'd go for the 570 if I were you, because its gd value, great performance, and they can run in 3 way Sli, so should give you a decent life span by just adding cards, provided your board/case can take 3 double slot cards.

Im with Rastalovich, Scan is a great, shop, use ema all the time, I paid £330 for my GTX 570 when it came out, wich i had waited and for alittle more could have got my self a GTX 580, 580 all the way, best single GPU around.

I was saving for a 570, you may have just convinced me to save some more for the 580, thought they were £400+

it is always better to have 1 strong card then two weaker ones.

560 Ti has 1 GB of RAM and this may it be not enough for high resolution as Memory doesn't share in SLI.

I'd go for GTX570 mate as there is only 2 games can bit this card - Metro 2033 and Crysis, even 2x560 won't help as they have 1 GB only

Nope you can get a GTX 580 for arround £370 now, i wich i had waited a bit and got one instead of my 570
