Gta Iv

Went to an ASDA today before I went to the hospital and the woman there said they didnt have stock but they had been told about other stores selling and they guy said he known about the leak on the internet and he said that he was expecting them to let them sell it earlier than expected. Guy said that if they had them there and seen as two other stores had sold them he prolly would have let me had one.

Hopefully my mum is in work Monday or Tuesday so she can grab me a copy then I hope. :)

There are only some minor visual differences noticeable between the two preview versions. The 360 build is brighter and has slightly more vibrant color while the PS3 build has less aliasing issues.

Hmm if that's the case then GTA IV must be taking advantage of the CPU more than the GPU as the 360's graphics processing is superior to the PS3's from my experience

For those wanting to know which version looks better, the edge goes to the PS3. The textures and framerate are comparable, but the PS3 has far less pop-in. The 360 has richer colors, but the PS3 has better anti-aliasing making it look a little cleaner. Because GTA IV can preload onto the PS3 hard drive, the in-game loads are faster. Don't worry Xbox owners, the load times are rarely more than 30 seconds and don't occur very often. The slight visual edge goes to PS3, but the 360 is no slouch. Either version will do you proud.

Tbh, it'll look just as good on either console... People say how things look better on one console than on another.. if there is a difference then its going to be minor.
 
Rockstar have said its unlikely this will be released on PC, cant be botherd to find the article I read but it looked fairly legit. Sorry to be the bearer of possibly bad news
 
GTA IV will be for consoles only because PC versions are pirated too easily.. And don't forget all the mods that was mad and got Rockstar into the sh*t (hot coffee mod)...

But they said the same thing for San Andreas (it was never gonna be released onto the PC.. but they did)

The hot coffee mod was put in by Rockstar. Someone just enabled it.

PC is easily as pirated as Xbox, if you see that it's been on the Scene for a couple of days now.
 
Copies have already been available in Blockbuster since last week for both consoles, also a download was leaked a couple of days ago :) before the accidental release date.

Coventry Blockbuster seem to have a few still in stock.;)

Last week?!? :crazy:

It only went gold on friday (18th) and was leaked on thursday.

hehe I`d be very supprized if the cracked 360 version isn`t the hottest torrent for the last week :p
 
There is no good reason for Rockstar not to release it on PC.

They have done before they will again.

Plus they love the modding community.. until they stumbled apone Hot Coffee. Which as Bloomerz have said was put in by rockstar as a joke.

That is why the got in trouble.. they did it.

Anywhoo, It will come to PC.. once the income from the console version has slowed. Only logical.
