Hi,

Im planning to buy a Nvidia graphic card.I used to play games at 1080p resolution.Initially i was planned to buy Nvidia gtx 560 Ti,but it seems like next generation nvidia cards has been released. My doubt is,if i go for 560 Ti,will i able to get the full performance? since its the old fermi architecture.
Or else shall i go for Nvidia gtx 670 which is very powerful with the latest architecture?

please suggest me a suitable card.

What's the budget?? (most important thing)
What do you play?
What monitor (60 or 120HZ)?
What are the other parts of your PC??

does it have to be nvidia?
the cards of the day are the radeon 6850, radeon 7850, radeon 7970, nvidia gtx 560ti, and gtx 670 in terms of price - performance at various pricepoints.

560ti is fairly capable but at a similar price the 7850 far outclasses it with overclocks. same with 7970 and gtx 670. at stock both the nvidia cards are still viable purchases, especially the 670 which is one of the best buys right now. depends on settings and the rest of your rig and what you want/need etc but for example if you want the latest games with all the eyecandy at 60hz or 120hz, gtx 670 would be a pretty good choice.
