So I am using Google Chrome as my daily driver, and I am just browsing the internet looking at threads and they out of nowhere Google Chrome stops working when loading or refreshing a page and it comes up with a message of "Unable to access the network" but I have still have a full bar internet connection (Wi-Fi) and I load up Internet Explorer and that's loading pages fine and Google Chrome is not, whats going on?

I have tried re-installing Chrome and running it in different compatibility modes and it stills happens. I am stuck with Internet Explorer, is their a fix? (On PC)

You could try this

Open an advanced command prompt

Start> In search box type cmd> Right click on cmd.exe in results above and choose Run as administrator

Type in the following, followed by enter for each

ipconfig /flushdns

Enter

ipconfig /release

Enter

ipconfig /renew

Enter

netsh winsock reset

Enter

Restart PC

Hope this helps :)

I've done it now, so only time will tell to see if I keep getting the message thanks:). Any other suggestions are welcome!

fingers crossed ............it should do the trick. :D

UPDATE: Nope, it's happened again I was scrolling through this very thread and I hit the OC3D Logo home button and the same message came up so I fired up Explorer and that's working so It didn't work.:(

sorry to hear that.

Just wondered...Do you have McAfee installed by any chance?

You could have stated this in the OP and saved us the trouble... IE is probably the only one atm that works well with W10.

I know I should have...but I forgot and then when browsing my files I realized:D

EDIT: So either revert back to win 8 or use IE then? It does explain why GC was working flawless before the trouble happened and that was when Win 10 was installed, should have deducted that earlier, silly me! Tnx fr the help guys
