I am planning a full system upgrade in the near future; this gcard would really give my comp the power i need. My current gcard cant even play hitman blood money or elder scrolls IV, even on the lowest settings >.< I drastically need to feel some power in my comp and this card would defintly do it. So I hope you consider this entry because i'll give it a loving home :-D plus I never win anything… so make my day and give my computer a chance out in the real world

First, Hi OC3D, this is my first post here, and I cant lie, I just got registered for the contest.. why should I get the Card? Well, because, Im an nVIDIA fanboy, in my life I have got, Geforce 4, 5700LE, 6600GT, 7800GT, and 7900GT, and never got an ATI Card... other thing is that I recently got out of money while building my new rig, so I dont have a real vcard, just this PCI crap that diplays 800x600@16bits.... so my eyes are getting really bad..i need the card

Conroe E6600

Gigabyte DQ6

G.Skill HZ 2x1GB

And..S3 Garbage 2MB PCI vcard (proof of res)

PD: And I will overclock the card till it bleeds (guess how difficult that is)

Cause I love PCs. Since childhood all that i have ever done is read about them, but in my entire life i only owned 4 PCs (386SX, P-233MMX, PII-450, Athlon64). Why ?? Cause i'm only a student, cause my parents philosophy is something like "if it works, the why do u need a new one", cause parts are really expensive here where i live and 1000$ are something like 4 paychecks.

Cause i build all of my friends pcs, i help them with buying decisions, recommend them parts and stuff like that, just to be around computers.

Cause i only have 200$ for an upgrade and i can't afford going AM2 with that sort of money.

Cause i like bada$$ graphic cards and that Gainward 7950GX2 is really bada$$ !!!

7950gx2 is like a wet dream for me. Never had such a powerful card and probably never will - way to expensive for my thin wallet. When I saw my friend’s 7900gs in action I thought it’s fantastic but This card is awesome. I’m a huge fan of Oblivion but can’t play. I own an ati radeon 8500 at the moment. Sad but true. Students life is kinda like „mental sadomasochism”. Try Yourself playing anything with axp1700+/512mb/8500 and You’ll see how „smooth” it is (apart from Quake 3 – works great ).

Or find me a good job

It will take at least a year of torture and pain in my rig of gaming horror to bid it a proper bon voyage. Then just when it's given all its got and can't take any more, I will power down and in that haunting silence I will hold it in my hands, kiss its bulging and leaking capacitors, inhale its intoxicating bouquet of smoldering silicon and remember all the fraggin adventures we shared together. Finally, I will mount it on my wall, where it will take its rightful place in my private nVidia Wall of Fame. The G70 line could come to no better end than that.

Right heres my reasons...

My 6800GS needs to be replaced soon..... im skint and my parenst are tight so they give me no money. When i take over the world i will call a section of it Overclock3d-land. I will apoint XMS as surprime leader and of course some of the OC3D regulars can have there own countires. But seroisuly, my gfx card needs to be replaced and a 7950GX2 would be very nice.

I believe the card should go to someone who cannot afford to buy it and im one of them.

i have been living on disability pension for a long time and will continue to do so until i die as there is no prospect for me to ever get well and able to work again so upgrades are few and far apart.

i have yet to make the final pay for the upgrade i did 10 months ago for example and my next upgrade(3800+ x2 cpu and 160gb harddrive) is many months away so a new shiny speedy graphics card would bring me much joy for many months.

I am a mean SOB (also been called a big jerk I really cant help it thats the way I am), whos stuck with a old rotten card as of now, My last upgrade made a huge dent on my wallet and the bank. yeah think of what can 4GB of cellshock, new motherboard and C2D can do to your wallet. was a bit greedy went overboard. I am really a geek who has no money left to spend on a new card, willing to do anything for a new card

I happen to unfortunately have a pair of relatively unsympathetic parents. I'm hardly ever able to buy anything and have only moderate internet freedom. They constantly monitor and criticize what I do. If I seriously want to get something done, I either have to do it in secret or under certain "conditions". If I were to get this, it would be something that I could declare as MINE.

OC3D is easily my favorite place on the Internet!

I would like to receive the Gainward Bliss 7950GX2, as would many others I'm sure... I mean, who wouldn't want to own this sweet piece of hardware?! You'd be crazy not to try...

I'm not going to try and appeal to the sympathy vote, I'm just going to throw my name into the hat and hope for the best I would give the video card a great home and, as a gamer, it would definitely NOT go waste 8)

I never owned GPU because I never had the money to buy one. I'm currently a student and never had time for a job. I love playing computer games but my computers integrated graphics can only take me so far. My friend as a kind gesture bought me Rome Total War; the game ran horribly and froze often. I want to win this Gainward 7950GX2 so that I can finally play and enjoy some of the games that I own. Winning the 7950 GX2 would be so awesome for me and extra special since it was won at OC3d:worship:

I believe I should be the sole possessor of this beast of a card as quite frankly I am a gaming freak and I play games from counter-strike source to quake 4. I am looking to get a computer upgrade this Christmas and with the right graphics card, I think I will be having a seizure when i boot up a game and dear god what a Christmas it would be eh i think my clan could also do with me actually killing people instead of whining about my crap framerate and lag
