good drive?

me have the Hitachi HDS721050CLA362... this is good drive or not?
the Seagate 7200.14 1TB is better then my hitachi drive?

Yep as you get more cache on the Seagate instead of 16mb of cache you get 64mb.

And it has double the transfer rate of the Hitachi so instead of 300mbps its 600mbps.

But both have the same 7200rpm spindle speed.

The SSD will be around 5-6x faster.

Your safest bets will be Samsung, Corsair, Kingston and Crucial

Others like Mushkin could also be decent but I can't personally say.
