Thanks a lot for all your answers it is very overwhelming that so many peoble wil spend there time and effort helping me out. I really appricate it.

I have found out that 580 lightning (overclock) is enough and that it would not be smart to go Quattro SLI. I was slow to find that out but at last I came to my senses. It is a little bit hard to divert

when you have spend so much time on reading and put things into perspective.

Well here are the equiptments that I already have in my old system and will re-use in the new system

Thermaltake Toughpower 1500 W

Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD (traditional PCI sound card)

DVD Drive

That was that and here are the new things I will add to my new system.

RAVEN RV03 i5 2500K UD7-B3 2 x 580 msi Lightning

Titan fenrir evo - I agree that it would fit super well but it is good enough to approch the 5ghz?

Vertex 3 ssd - is cheaper and faster and it comes in black – all that I like but there are some skeptical on the net and also that is not as durable as Intels 510 – can you trust that?

P.s Tortuga said that ”Take the extra money and buy a nice big SSD drive. That will make more noticeable speed when it comes to response times, and overall snappy-ness” – does that mean that the games you have shall lie on sss so it would have effect?

(in that case it is very expensive)

Kingston Genesis 4GB DDR3 2133MHz Special Edition Grey – what about RAM, what is the timing and speed?

I am a big noob I know but I have read that if your have a aggressive timing then you will end up with a unstable system.

I hope that I don´t ask too much but I have run out of skills.

pss chriswatton nice equip.

The Titan fenrir evo, I must stress, is completely my personal preference as I'd rather keep the CPU at a low clock if I need to and have a cooler I like to look at through the window. If your after 5GHz then the safe money's on the D-14 and the Kingston Genesis will fit nicely under that.

With regards to the Vertex 3 vs the 510, take a look at my post towards the bottom on this thread. I've linked a page there with a review of the Vertex 3 and they also have a review of the 510:http://forum.overclo...test-256gb-ssd/

At the end of the day I haven't tested them myself so I can't tell you for sure but that site seemed to like the Vertex more. All you can do is read as much as you can and then base your opinion from everything you've gathered. I'm afraid I can't help you more than that

Hope this helps
