Why is my cpu like this?

I have put the F3 bios on and for some reason in the bios the muiltiplier can only go to 11,but shows only 6 in the photo.

Also i have disabled CPU EIST Function in the bios,im starting to think that mybe some parts of the bios is not reading right.

Thats something called Speedstep, keep CPUZ open and run a demanding program, erm, SuperPI test or something, and watch the Ghz rise....
