Gigabyte 780 GHZ - reason to RMA?

I had a Gigabyte GTX 660 Ti with that problem (same kind of noise as the second video). After RMAing it the first time I got an exchange model which produced the same noise after a few weeks - after the second time I got the same graphics card back with a dented cooler and even worse rattling and after the third time sending it in I finally got my money back. Took almost a year, though.
I found the rattling noise to be pretty unbearable because it was even louder than the games I was playing and I can tell you for a fact that my current MSI GTX 760 (or the zotac GTX 760 I tried before that) doesn't produce any kind of rattling noise. So no more gigabyte for me in the forseeable future - the fan units on their GPUs seem to be pretty unreliable. I'd RMA it if needed but if the card is still new I'd immediately try to get my money back.

I can't really say - it's definately quieter than the rattling I had on my card but the noise itself is very similar. Is it a problem with all fans or does it stop when you stop a particular fan?

I'd get a refund and go for an R9 290 aftermarket card. At least here in the US prices are back at MSRP and the 290 is now ~$100 less.
