Getting Started (good times)

It's going to be wired seeing Starbuck as a man though.

Believe me Starbuck as a woman is so much more interesting than watching Faceman.

Looking good Sieb, now i need to change my idea for a new colour when i redo mine , was gonna go with green!.

Am waiting on a motherboard RMA and NZXT to send me a new part for my case after some a truely awful experience with scan over it.

Then I will be redoing mine , but better this time!.

Toms finally been able to review the case as well and as suspected he loved it like a lot of us do!

Gl with the rest of the build looking forward to seeing it progress.

So earlier I had a delivery

I'm absolutely loving this green pastel, Mayhem has earned him self a cookie

Thats it for now until I get a Z77 mobo and if I can get the money together I might grab a new GPU and add that to the loop.

And if anyone from Gigabyte is looking at this and feels like sponsoring me a Z68 Sniper 2 to go with mah green theme

Unlucky dude hopefully you will get it all sorted soon and if you go green you won't be disappointed.

Holy shit that coolant looks stunning! The Sniper 2 would look insane in this. I'm just imagining a bunch of green hardware in that case... Very nice work so far, i love it!

Yeah i agree, very nice stuff that green coolant is. Although now that its in there I like the motherboard less. A black board or a sniper 2 is a must now. Looking good though.

Looks good mate!

But I will suggest you to get this mount http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop...350355-Mounting-Bracket--Black-pid-12504.html

and swap 140mm fan on hdd-bay to 120mm and than mount it, that will make your tubing much shorter, and also it will give some air to pump from the bottom(you may remember my burned ddc pump mounted on something similar to your mount). So now Im really carefull with mounting my pump, but now on my current system pump gets LOTS of air from the fans

Yeah, that motherboard is just a cheap replacement I got after my P8P67 broke and black mobo is definitely on my list, hopeful the Gigabye Z77 UD4 will be like the Z68 UD4

I was looking at that pump mount, I think I will get it to be honest. My loop as it is now though is just temporary until I get a proper mobo then I will do it properly with some cable extensions, lighting and some angled fittings.

I didn't want to go all out with my PC the way it is now because I have to take it all down and do it all again when I do get another mobo so I didn't put much effort into it this time around.

Very nice man!

The coolant looks awesome
smile.gif

I think so too, makes a change from the usual blue, not that there is anything wrong with blue because that looks awesome as well but everyone seems to go for blue
wink.gif

^^^ Looks lush mate.
smile.gif
Will look very cool when you get one of those green & black Gigabyte boards.

Are you thinking of giving her a name?

I might not be able to afford one of the Sniper board so I might just end up with a black UD4 if they do a Z77 one, hopefully the Sniper 3 board won't cost to much, i'll be saving my pennies from now till April the 8th when the Z77 boards are released anyway.

Not going to name it yet, when I have done it all up properly I will think of a name for it. For now I shall call it Joe Blogs

Wow that looks absafreakinloutly awesome and the case is just great for showing it off

P.S I did hit reply but it must have been cause I deleted the other quotes and just left the last bit.

What type of fittings did you use and what is quality like? from pics they like good so im think to get them

I used these

http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop...D---34-OD-Tubing--Black-Nickel-pid-11206.html

The quality seems good to me although I have never used any other fittings so I can't compare them, the XSPC ones are only 10p more than these and I wouldn't think that 10p more would make the quality any better. So, at a guess i'd say they are the same quality as the XSPC ones.

The only thing with these ones, for the RASA CPU block anyway, not sure about the Raystorm, is that they are right up against each other and they are a very tight fit. The parts that screws down over the tubing will rub against each other, but they will work.

Ahh thanks for that, i can't afford Bitspower or Koolance fittings so these are the ones i would be able to get. I will be getting the raystorm, hopefully they fit
