Getting Automatically Logged Out After a Set Time

Kinda of a stupid question but i'm Getting Automatically Logged Out After a Set Time like 20 minutes to 30 minutes (Idling), I have looked through the Control Panel but nothing really jumps out at me do any of you guys have an idea on why this is happening
