Try reinstalling drivers, although I highly doubt it's a driver related problem. I think it's dead or dieing

Naaa thats had it. RMA if its sdtill in waranty if not, start looking for a replacement.

Yep you have 2 options for that, a nice paper weight or bit it if its out of warranty

Now you have a good reason (or excuse, in case of temp. ailment) to upgrade.

Before scrapping it though, plug it out, remove the HSF and dedust the bugger thoroughly. And if possible try the card in another comp.

Try it in another PC. If possible RMA. At a last resort after everything you try fails... Put it in the oven. Some people have done it and it works. Since I can't post links yet Google it yourself.
