Well,
If you had made a special journey you would of been disappointed.
But for the local lad it was okay - I got to see the demos, including improved texutures and smoke as well as physix, play the awesome GTR2, chat about the GTX (as much as they tried, I showed no interest in GTS
) - Freebies included two pens, a DVD a t-shirt a booklet and a 'mouse mat'.
It was perhaps everything that you would expect from launch done at a local high street shop (diluted for idiots). I asked them about this - they said that the range is already well known in the enthusiast market , this was the attempt to bring the high GPU's to the masses.
However - I did take a few pics, will have one sent to me too from them apparently - will post all teh details here - when I DL from the phone.
Oh and a memo to self 'if the opportunity to wrap your arms round 3 Nvidia honey's ever presents itself again, don't go dressed as a dad who's just had quality time with his lad and at least make the effort' :$

I think there was more silicon than meets the eye, or certainly other synthetic materials
