Yeah I spent about 9 hours yesterday looking for an apartment in the area and finally found a suitable one mefinks!
It's a nice first floor unit that's getting remodeled with brand new hardwood floors (which look ganstaly
). As you walk in you step in to the living room area which is nice and large, the area that I plan on turning in to my computer domain. I've already planned it out in my head and it looks good 
Once you walk through the living room area you are in the kitchen which is also very big but nothing too special in the kitchen. And through the kitchen is the master bedroom w/ walk-in closet and bathroom.
I filled out the rental application last night and getting ready to write the checks to see if I get approved. I had a choice of first floor with new floors for $735 / month or second floor with old beat up wood floors for $695 / month. The new wood floors are superb and being on the 1st floor is a must since I'm always lugging around heavy arse computer equipment. Thus I've opted to go for the $735 unit. It hasn't put me too far out from where I work, about a 30 minute commute in heavy traffic in the morning, better than the other places I had been looking which would have taken me 45 minutes to an hour to get to work (those places were also $900-$1000 a month, pretty steep).
I'll let yall know if I get approved and take some piccies when I move in
