Fractal Kelvin S24 vs Cooler Master Nepton 240M

Evening, folks. New to OC3D. Although I am a member of other forums, I thought I'd ask this here since OC3D has just reviewed the Fractal S24 and has compared the temperatures to the Nepton 240M. I've also always wanted to join the community here.

As regards the title, I've read all the reviews of both units and cannot decide between the S24 and the Nepton 240M. The Nepton 240M is likely a safer bet, but I have a Fractal (white/black) build and the S24 would fit nicely visually.

I'm running a Haswell 4670K chip and am aiming for load temperatures of around 80-85°C under OCCT or IETU with a hearty overclock of around 4.5Ghz, depending on my chip. I hope to do this with as little noise as possible. At first I'll be using 1.3V as my max. I'll test stability and performance for a few weeks at that voltage with whatever speeds I can hit. Then, if necessary, I'll increase the voltage, but only slightly. 4.5Ghz is my goal. If I can reach it at 1.3 volts, awesome. If I have to go higher, I'll go higher, but within reason.

I will be installing either unit in the roof of my Fractal Define R4. If I go with the CM Nepton 240M it will be installed in pull configuration as the black fans might look slightly out of place with the white Fractal fans I use. This configuration should look pretty stellar as the white LED will match my build (and my Gigabyte G1 Gaming 970 once I modify it with a white LED), as will the Nepton lettering on the rad. However, the Fractal should look slightly better, either in push or pull, as the fans blades are white like the rest of my fans.

Thoughts?

Id honestly read Gary's conclusion on the S24 - theres one specific part of that that should tell you what to get......
