Forum name in group colours?

Just out of curiosity, what ever happened to these? I liked my Grey I think it was. Chose it over Newsie Green when I was a Newsie.
 
We have kept it to staff only dude. The only thing that can be changed now is the 'user message' under your name. We have also decided to keep this pretty exclusive because we havnt got time to do everyones and more importantly with many change them all the time!
 
And as a side note on the same sort of topic, whatever happened to the proposed bages system?

You forgot because they never started. Badges are a work in progress dude. Its not that straight forward to code our own integrated system.

I was referring to the badges that would state if a user has an AMD/Intel, ATi/nvidia combination.
