Folding noob...

Hey guys!

I've done some seti/folding stuff in the past but it's been quite some time...
Consider me a total n00b

I have some horsepower sat here not doing an awful lot between games that I feel could be useful to the team.

Can you point me at what I need to read to get setup? Ideally I'd like it so when it's idling it's folding and when I crack open the BF3 or Planetside I can game and not be at a disadvantage. I have no idea what I'm doing with folding but I'm prepared to try I also have a ps3 I could point this way I guess?

Specs in sig, is it worth me joining up?

First of all download the V7 client. Here is an OC3D guide by SnW:

Your setup should easily give you over 50k PPD.

the gpu clients dont burn anything out do they? I know furmark is bad for that
