Flickering NZXT Sleeved LED Kit

I have a white NXZT kit I got a couple weeks ago and I notice the light is flickering. I'm assuming this is a defective product? Has anyone else experienced this?
I ordered this one online and I don't really want to worry about sending it back, so I'll probably just walk into a store and get a new one. I hope the same thing doesn't happen with the next one.

mate after my 4th i got a refund, i could say i've had experience My rigs lit up with phobya's now, no problems whatsoever, plus no annoying pci bracket :3

Wow, 4 huh? sound like some serious quality issues there. I'll have a look at the phobya's, how are they? do they have some type of controls somewhere? I like the pci bracket because of the on/off and the dimmer, because i like to keep mind off alot of the time and dim when they are one.
I also have 2x 10cm strips of the blue bitfenix strips but those a bit bit too bright for me plus no way to turn them off really.

I have my bitfenix ones to turn off - I've attached mine to the LED on/off button at the top of my CM 690

I know there are ways to do it, but i like how the NZXT ones are 1 LED spaced out over the 6.5ft cable so you can route it all around the edges of the case. the bitfenix ones are definitely high quality LED but they are just SO bright, too much for me. I may give them a try though 1 a the top and 1 at the bottom. there is a NCIX pc that has 2x blue strips from bitfenix and it looks really nice in the video (that video is originally why I ordered them) so I may give that a try since I have them. I do like the white though.

Just having a look at the phobya site now and I'm really excited to see that they have "warm white" that's the thing I don't like about the regular is that its very cold and bluish, i prefer a slightly yellow/orange ish warm tone of white. There are lot's of different options up there and the low/high density ones. The IR remote looks pretty good. What configuration of lights do you have?
