OMG. Me and FragTek were talkin about that new CAS 1.5 Ram, and I was like, dude I'mma get A64 Tweaker and try for 1.5 CAS. Well, I set it, and it worked for like 5 minutes before BSOD'ing.

Then, I went into bios, upped my voltage to 2.8v, and set it to cas 1.5

Booted fine, ive been in windows for 15 minutes without a hiccup running folding and mutlitasking.
