First time PC build, advice on choices allready made

I've been thinking, should I go with something like a Noctua Air Cooler for the CPU Cooling? I'm not a huge fan of the colors on the fans, but I've been told that they come in black in the industrial model.

So what would you guys pick and why? Feel free to come up with a third option, just remember that it's my first build and silence is golden :)

The NH-D15 is a great cooler, but it only come with brown fans. You'd have to get the industrial fans separately which would probalby cost more than 150 euros, also the stock 140mm fans use 120 hole spacing, so I'm not sure if you'd be able to mount the industrial 140 fans.

I'd look at the be quiet! Dark Rock (Pro) 3, I've owned the previous version and they're very good coolers and also extremely quiet. I sold it to a mate for a build in a Define R4 and that rig is almost silent

In what way do you back stuff up?...

My entire OS drive's data is backed up to an external HDD and I have both a full image of my OS drive and another copy of the data on my spare rig. Most of my games are also backed up on said external SSD. I used to do a weekly backup to my pentium PC but as thats currently in bits (It only lasted two weeks...) I have to use both my spare/old pc and an external HDD backup.

Sounds like a big progress to change fans, I'm going to keep clear of that, since it's my first time, so the choice is between Noctua with the, let's call them special looking fans and the Dark Rock 3, unless someone has other suggestions?

CPU wise; I'm also leaning towards the 4790k, since I got the money for it.
