I've found this on Uniko's hardware ( you'll probably need a translation extension to translate it online):
PCIe GEN4X1 10 Gbps LAN
It uses well known elcheapo Acquantia line (Realtek of 10GbE world) that is now under Intel brand.
It's ACQ113 NIC controller, not that different from the rest of the line sans x1 instead of x4 PCIe interface.
It seems to struggle to achieve full 10G speed ( tops at 9G), but I suppose it should still be good enough for many apps.
And maybe there are some PCIe options in BIOS to massage to improve it ( like max packet size etc).
Existing x4 10G NICs could work in x1 slot, but that often required dremelling away either a bit of the PCIe connector on MoBo or cutting away the lanes of the card.
