I'm waiting for fans to become available in Croatia so here's a little mod Iwe done to pass the time.



From 3 140mm Silverstone fan filters I made one to fit my front 360 mod.

I know the progress was slow lately but I had some issues with my h100. So I got new h100i.

Also I'm waiting for a mdpc package to arrive. I'm replacing that ugly black heat shrink on my sleeved cables to mdpc red.

And few little things like.
Wireing for h100i (since I'm going to run fans of the mobo) and also making some custom cables since h100i is powered by sata not molex power.

with the fans on your h100i try and run them off the pump as you can use corsair link to keep the fans quiet when you need them and turns them up when your system gets warm

I can do that of the mobo too and keep the pump clean looking

i tried both and just found the curve was a little better on the corsair i just had to ofset the temps as the h100i is giving me a temp from the processor about 5-10 degrees under the temp core temps give me

One more package arrived yesterday

Also tested the cables

And mounted Corsairs H100i

Thanks and scroll at the top of the page, there's photo of the cables. I didn't use any heathshrink only on double wire. Heres my tutorial video how I did it. It's on Croatian but mute it and youll get the picture

Here's preliminary assembly and h100i testing.

I'm really impressed with 100i. From little testing I done the temps are 10-15 degrees lower.

yeah i did say they get lower temps but as i also said just adjust the link to have higher fan speeds at lower temps

I will post pics when I finis my project and also I need to make some nice pictures at the end

I tried link and mobo fancontroler but it's the same. As you said link has nice fan curves.
