Who here likes anime!?

I DO!!

I am a huge fan of anime, and I can't explain why? There is just something about it that makes me love it.

So far my favorite anime(s) are

Full Metal Alchemist (FMA), Cowboy Bebop, Deadman Wonderland, Ghost in the Shell 2nd gig, and Bleach in small doses, and Durarara.

I just recently bought FMA The Sacred Star of Milos ON BLU-RAY which is amazing.

I have always been a fan of Bebop, the whole space pirates and hunting is awesome and well done. Each of the characters have a unique and great background.

Deadman Walking was a show I was just recently turned on to through Toonami and is about a kid who becomes possessed by this one "thing" (details are still sketchy, only on EP3) and he murdered his entire class. Then sent to the prison where there is LOTS of killing.

Ghost in the Shell is a GREAT anime for those who love tech and robots. Unlike most anime that disregard reality, Ghost in the Shell uses what can be possible in robotics and computers and implements that in the show.

Bleach, well is just Bleach. Just google it.

And Durarara is about a Dullahan that is looking for her head and ends up in Japan (surprise there) and is caught in a gang battle between the Yellow scarves and the Dollars. Unfortunately it is VERY short but well worth the watch.

Durarara is very good for anime.

never been a big fan of anime, how ever my girlfriend thinks otherwise

apparently to be educated i need to watch all that she has.. list of too many.

me loves anime

im not really into mecha, but have seen the fma/fmab and movies aswell as durara and im planning on deadman wonderland sometime soon.

if your into mecha then you MUST watch Code Geass, one of the best animes ever made, follow by just as good season 2 "R2" and the announced season 3 sometime this summer/autumn.

another mecha like anime would be Tengen Toppa Guren Legann, im only 10 eps in or so but it looks very good :3

my favourites would probably be:

Bleach inc. movies

Naruto /shipp inc. movies

bakemonogatari /nise, although its an acchi its such as amaing and funny anime to watch

still watching steins gate but so far its fucking amazing aswell.

The dissapearence of suzumya haruhi movie, was also really amazing

For some reason I haven't watched things like Full Metal Alchemist or Bleach, things most anime fans have watched.

FMA is actually pretty good, except the ending wich made me think 'What the actual fuck?'....

i have seen every single epsiode of bleach including the ova's and the movies, loved every miunte of it even the fillers and was gutted when it ended on ep:366

manga is still being made, so a new arc or two might pop out sooner or later, and there are/were romours about the blaech moving to tv osaka.

and cmon he is now the most powerful being in existence who is he going to fight?

I haven't really watched much anime but have a few DVDs + Blurays

My favorite is probably ghost in the shell, altho it reminds me a bit of bladerunner

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is pretty good also

I don't watch any Anime but I have watched some of the old Manga films (is there even a difference?) like Akira, Devil Man, Vapire Hunter D, Ninja Scrolls. Devil Man is probably my favourite out of them all though, for animation it's pretty gory, used to freak me out when I was a kid.
