it requires X64 as an operating system. ive tried both FarCry and X64. hated the patch, hated x64.

I tried this 64-bit patch ages ago.. I didn't really notice any difference and since I don't use x64 as my main OS I don't wanna have to go into it every time I wanna play

I'm using x64 right now... Why? Who knows, guess I had an itch to run x64 for a few hours, lol.

The newest release works great and everything runs glitch free and pretty quick but it's a pain in the ass because all of my useful stuff is still in x32.

Yup sure does, that's the one I'm using ATM till MS decides to send me my retail upgrade version with that trade-up program dealy they have going on.

I'm lovin' it, first release that hasn't given me a whole bunch of shitty errors and horrid performance... It's starting to feel like the OS that I wanted it to feel like

I suggest u take it for a spin around the block, you won't be dissapointed! The Windows update feature works good now too, i already downloaded an x32 compatibility update through Win Update, yay!
