Mmm. Kinda hard to follow being russian and all, but it doesn't really answer much for me.
If they could test a 1700 in comparison at the all the same volts, etc, to see a power consumption difference, that would be amazing.

Although I could be reading it wrong and you'll end up correcting me:p

Basically it states at 4000mhz with a voltage of 1.375 volts, the CPU has a power draw of 165Watts. At least thats how I read it

Clock frequency on X axis, voltage on Y axis.

Yeah it took me a while but I figured it out too
I would love if however did this article could test the 1700. It would be interesting to see if it consumes less power since in a lot of reviews they show it as such even though it's the same chip.
