Fan speed help

Ok, so I am getting rid of my fan controller as I cba with it anymore and I am looking for another way to keep all my fans on a low rpm without using a fan controller (5.25 bay FC) I was looking at the ModMyToys fan splitter http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_28031.html but I think this is 12v only ?

I remember from one of the Orca build vlog Tom had a single 3pin to 6x3pin cable, I cannot find anywhere to buy this would I need to make it myself ?
