fan controller ?

Hi I was looking at the new Storm sli sytem that is on the websight. Its basically what I have setup. I have a 120.3 rad with 6 120m fans push pull. I was wondering how that fan controller the fan o matic pro can handle 7 fans? I use two nexus controllers and I would like 1 simple automatic system if there is such a thing.

I have heard good reports on the T-balancer, it can handle up to 8 fans. Ignore the tomshardware review, tomshardware talk BS 99% of the time, I'm only posting the link from there as it's the quickest one i could remember:

If your fan controller can handle the wattages then you could daisy chain the fans.

ah ok so you just put two together. Now I was wondering for people who do this what controllers do you have? I want something with an lcd like the fan o matic or a matrix. I want to do 6 120 vatech stealth fans on it though.

Got the FOM and the FOM Pro here. FOM Pro can handle 12W for each of the 4 fan. So I don't think you'll have any trouble at all to connect 2 120mm on each channel. The FOM Pro displays anyway the wattage for each channel.

But if you're going for the ferrari of fan controllers (or should I say the mercedes?), you'll get a lot more than just fan control (hey, it's a 200+ euros piece of hardware). For example, my rad fans speeds are controlled by my water temps according to my own defined non linear profile, and my PC will be switched off if ever the flow in my watercooling circuit goes to 0. All hardware funtions, no soft required. And it's just a small part of the possibilities of this fantastic gadget.
