well im looking for a fan controller to use with my rad fans manily but if there is space or it has a high enough Wattage per channel system fans also.

ive been looking at the scythe kaze master flat but it only has 12w per channel of thats whats stated on specialtech website but im not sure this would be enough to link 3 fans together per channel

I hate fan controllers myself. I'd stick to fan speed reducer cables.

To answer your question however, yeah, that fan controller will easily run 3 fans off one channel.

Make sure you check the fans current draw on start-up as it is considerably more than the labelled rating for the operational current draw. For example my fans flat out start up drawing 530mA and running use 123mA.

You don´t need more than 12W=1Amp per channel! Unless you'll be using some 2 Amp or 3 Amp Delta fans!:)
