Fan control set up question

Hi guys, just a quick noob question regarding fan configuration/setup.

The Obsidian 650D case has a built in fan control switch at the top and comes with 4 fans already on the case. If I were to add two additional fans (in conjunction with a radiator) for water cooling then would it be a good idea to purchase a 5.25" bay fan controller?

I am thinking of purchasing a 6 channel fan controller (so I can control all fans) but then wouldn't that leave the switch on the 650 obsolete? I would no longer need to use it?

I reckon the aluminium finish will go well with the 650D front.

your correct in saying it would leave it obsolete as all your ans woud be powered from the 6-channel you could always just buy a cheap 12v 2channel controller?
