Either do as i said and plug the 3 pin fan splitter into one of your 4 pins then line up the 4 pin fan heads and see where their plugs line up with the holes in the head. then there will be a bit of plastic on the side wall stopping the 4 pin fit in the 3 pin.

Or buy 4 pin splitters or get the molex to fan or sata to fan i think maplin stock the molex variety. but again you will only get 3 pin heads.

Just to ad to the conversation, running pwm fans on less than 12v or a three pin header is not recommended. It invites all kinds of problems. You should get a y-split pwm cable or a pwm fan controller.

There was nothing wrong with what you said. I just wanted to ad the info regarding pwm. Cause I had a bad experience running pwm fans on 3 pin headers in the past.

Yeah they dont rotate as smoothly should not damage them though.
