Just read the whole thing to see if they found out what the deal was... looks like no idea yet, or Intel/Newegg ain't revealing what really went down. Not sure I buy the 'demo' thing, but if it was that means Intel accidentally shipped them to Newegg and put the 'egg through the wringer.

Good thing I bought an i5-650! ;]
