Hey guys, downloaded F@H gpu tracker. Actually still doing my first project still... I dont leave my pc on when I go on the road(truck driver). Anyways, hottest my little i&-950 is getting to is 57-60 degrees celcius on the max. Just wondering if I could leave that running all day? Like say the wifey and I go to a movie, just leave the pc folding, would that be fine?

60 isnt a cause for concern with Intel CPUs

My i7(920) runs at 75-85°C since about 2 month without even

a reboot or folding-pause... folding at these temps since

11.2010 without any heat-related issues, so 57-60°C are really

no problem :-)

Those temps are rather cool, I am accustom to 63 to 70C+ temps on my i7's at 4G on air cooling....

They also run fine at those temps, so leaving yours running at your temps should be fine. I leave mine running at my temps 24/7

Here we go - exact values since last two month:

Minimum ( Core0 - Core3 ): 41°C, 39°C, 42°C, 38°C

Maximum ( Core0 - Core3 ): 86°C, 90°C, 86°C, 91°C

I just reach temps <65°C during up-/downloading new

WUs for SMP ( no more in future due to Client Control )...

So you've really no problems :-D

My 930 hits as high as 81 right now. With summer just around the corner it would hit higher with this H50. /looks at box of watercooling parts still sitting there.

2 bank holiday weekends in a row, book 3 days off you've got 11 days off to get it done in time for the serious heat.

The next holiday off for me is Memorial Day in May. I've been holding off my build until I finish my desk build. I'm hoping to finish this weekend then I can move on to my wife's build as well as my watercooling build.

Apologies, I keep assuming everybody on here lives in England.

my current max temp on my system core 2 quad q9300 is 87C thats with stock intel cooling and it has been left on for about a week running the only reason i shutdown is to replace my grafix card, the longest i have ever had it on in one go was last year when i was folding for another team i went on holiday for 3 weeks and it was still running when i got back perfectly fine.
