Exile Build Maybe finally completed ... Maybe

Amazing build, Treble20. I have some questions for ya:

1. Which screws did you use for the Radiator/Mobo? The color combo is simply amazing.
2. What size reservoir are you running?
3. Did you have to re-drill the roof or front to the the tubing nozzles to line up like that?
4. Is the 540 pre-drilled for 140mm radiator spacing on front and/or top, or only 120mm? The corsair site isn't very clear about that.

Thanks for your answers and once again, this is one of my favorite builds I've seen!

That's pretty mental.

Personally for me the blue coolant could have been close to the colour accents on the motherboard but it might just be the lighting of the photos.

Hey Dude thanks for the feedback..
1, The are 3m/4m with a torx head screws just with a C washer on them you can find the at most RC stockiest and in different colours.
2,The Alphacool 250 x 50 mm res more then plenty for what I need and 1 litre of fluid fill's the system with some spare.
3, No mate it took a little shuffling but it is secured with no extra drilling. Was lucky It lined up nice like that.
4, Yes dude. it is pre drilled for use with 120 and 140 out of the box ( at least my version was I dnt know if corsair have revised it at all.

That's pretty mental.

For me Looking at it mate it is pretty close ( my eyes are not the best at colour comparisons) but I am fine with it. For me it was matching up the blues, Ram lights, mouse mat, light shade on g-19 m65 mouse,Mobo accents Water block lights and fluid and c washers getting it as close as I could and Mayhems was just like that out of the bottle.

Post Xmas when I have a play I may with clear fluid and dye's to get something more suited. I got some cable comb's from E22 I want to try out and Plan to try and resleeve my original PSU cable set for more of a complete finish.

If the cable combs do not work out then I will cable sew them like I did on teh foundation build as that is so much neater ( takes a while to do and make sure they are all lined up).

Other then that Its nice to see my Rig still getting interest. Yellow beard posted it on the corsair blog and I have sent pics to a few other company's that have components in it.

It is a shame that Before the build I contacted corsair and asked if they was going to release a white one and was told a Definite NO ! and now they are releasing/released one is abit of a kick in the balls, But oh well feedback on mine is still 99% positive.

Hey man, great build, love it, I actually am making a very similar one myself.

Can you please give me the product names for your watercooling stuff? Like the reservoir: Size, name, brand. And the radiator:Size, name, brand. Would be great if you could get back to me. Also, would a 360mm radiator fit in the 540?
And where did you buy the powder coating, and is it easy to use it?

Hi thanks for the compliment.

Ok here is what you asked for:
Watercooling: XSPC water blocks Razor for GPU and Raystorm for CPU with latest GPU backplates ( These ones are just labled as GTX and not Titan.
Primochill rigid Ghost fittings white with clear Rigid tubing. Alphacool XT45 Radiators 240 top and 360 front. Alphacool Cape Corp Coolplex Pro 25 LT 250mm Reservoir with EK 90º fittings, Lang D5 Vario pump with Alphacool Pump top. With Mayhems UV/Blue X1 fluid in its veins !

And Yeah 360 fits in the front. Depending on the size (depth) of the rad you go for and amount of cooling you need will be if you can mount your Fans inside case or inside fan grill. Also consider that maybe will need to buy an additional fan filter as stock one will not fit in between grill and fans ( Corsair sp120 QE's used)

I got the powder coating done from a local company www.bpblasting.co.uk ( swale area) Its not really something you can buy and do yourself as there is alot of equipment and space needed but Im sure there are a few very good company's just be sure to check out some of thier actual work before you hand over your case.

how much is this rig worth very nice design.

A fair bit mate but it is also built from saving up.

I have never been so happy to build a big rig like this as just before xmas we was burgled while we slept and had tablets, laptops phones and ipods stolen..

All I can think is they looked at my machine ...maybe tried to lift it and thought... Nope &^£@ That and left it.

Photo's

Hey man, thanks for the response, in regards to some cheeky cables and tubes, can you post a photo or two of the back chamber in the case? I want to know where the pump is directly located, aaaand just some management.
Also, are there any problems with there not being any dust filter for the power supply and top panel?
